Haha. If you've been watching, it isn't really a spoiler per-say. Just another theory on how it's thought to end. I've been trying to come to terms with the fact that I think the ending is going to piss me off. So, this is good preparation. Lol.

Hmm.. I wouldn't MIND that ending but why does anyone have to die? Kinda weird for a comedy no?

When I first saw the link I thought it was going to be they ALL DIE.  Everyone you loves dies. But that could just be The Game of Thrones has ruined me (Game of Thrones spoiler - everyone dies).

I think ted still wants to be with robin but wouldn't betray Barney like that. I kind of like this ending because I like the thought of Ted and robin being together but I still don't want the mom to die!!

See, I think Robin and Barney are sort of perfect for each other and I liked that they ended up together. I don't think Robin is right for Ted. He always comes through for her, but what has she done for him? I also agree, why does anybody have to die?

Hahaha. This made me laugh. She's not giving anything away, whether she's referring to books or show. GRRM likes to keep you on your toes. No one is safe. But she exaggerates for sure! Not everyone that you love dies!

And regarding HIMYM, I'm just trying to keep it together knowing Mon is the end. I'm gonna cry no matter how it ends. I might be a bit too attached to this show. It's not gonna be waterworks like Gilmore Girls, but I'm sure there will be tears.

Sorry I'm way late and I totally exaggerate on the Game of Thrones thing! I just use that mentality going forward from now on in all books/movies/TV shows after being so upset reading that book! 

It's really helped me cry a little less! Ha ha!

I feel like if they knew Ted and Robin were going to end up together at the end, they should have written the show differently. It didn't feel like there was anything between the two of them anymore.

I totally agree with this. He seemed to finally realize that it was never going to be what he wanted and that he deserved better. So, what then. Because the mother died he just decided that he might as well settle for her afterall? Ugh. Argh.

On a less angry note. Did anybody else watch Friends With Better Lives that came on after? I actually liked it. I will probably keep watching.

Ok. So, if you spent years telling your kids the story of how you met their mother and they point out that the majority of the story was about "aunt Robin", as the kid, I'd be kind of pissed. So, was mom just a poor mans Robin? I'm sure if most people told their kids a story like that and about how basically all this time he's loved someone else, I don't like they'd be all like, "Hey.. go ask her out!"
