I cloth diapered my 7 year old but that was years ago. We have been TTCing for almost 2 years and are also going through the process to adopt. So my point after that long ramble is, what's your favorite diaper? I've been out of the game for so long but I have fallen in love with Sassybumz which a friend introduced me to. Thanks :-)

I seriously looked them up b/c I thought the same thing or that it was an AE. Nope. They're real. And they're cute, y'all!! But they're also not available. So hmmm...

OP - I hate to rain on your parade, but what is one person's favorite diaper can be horribly inadequate for another person. Different styles have different uses, and different brands have their own pros and cons. They're also all going to work differently based on how your LO is built. You've CDed before; I'm sure this isn't news to you. Anyway, in general the brands that are popular around here are Best Bottoms, BumGenius, Blueberries, GMD for all things prefold and fitted, S'bish for heavy wetters, Thirsties, and Rumparooz, just to name a few. I personally like Charlie Bananas for the OS stage, but some folks hate them. They also don't work for us as an ON diaper at all. BGs are really popular for a lot of CDing folks, but DS hit a wonky growth stage and couldn't wear his for months.

Oh, I definitely know not everyone can use the same diapers. I had a stash of, well way more diapers then I want to admit, with my daughter. I tried a ton of brands and types as well as wool. We tried Bumgenius first. Those diapers are long gone and so is my memory, haha!

Sassybumz stocks her Sassypants today diapers next Friday and they are extremely well made. They're value holds well too. She has a FB page. I also have an Alva pocket, a Sunbaby pocket and a couple others.

I was just wondering what's out there these days :-) I like snaps, pockets and hybrids the most, I think?!?!

I'm not sure what Trendy bums is but I'm assuming it has some sort of scam or bad stigma attached. Sassybumz is definitely a reputable and awesome product and small business.

We've had posters in the past post similar questions and it turned out to be spam. ie Trendy Bumz. We get spam often for these little Etsy shops often.

Usually when someone new comes here loving on a WAHM brand that no one on the board has ever heard of before, that person is the owner/marketing for the owner of that brand.

Okay, well I'm not the owner and I'm not trying to spam her products. I just like the diaper. I was asking about other brands. I just mentioned them because that's been the one brand I've found that I really like so far this time around. I didn't post any links or anything like that. I am honestly trying to get opinions. I'm new to this board but not to TB so why spam stuff all of the sudden?

My faves are best bottoms. They are an ai2 system.

I've seen you around. I know your not a spammer. Posters though can be suspicious when it's happened multiple times before. Please, don't let this scare you away. It's not a huge deal.

Seriously, take most of what we do not very seriously. We joke around a ton. We've also explained why someone would think so. We do actually talk diapers sometimes. Nobody is actually saying it's spam.

Back on topic .... I'd recommend checking out Blueberry Simplex OS (they make a sized version as well, called Simplex 2.0) and Thirsties Pocket diapers. Easy to use and I've never had any difficulties laundering them.
