For those of you who have a restricted diet for soy, dairy, and gluten what are some of your go to meals and treats?
I'm hosting a get together next weekand two mamas who are coming can't have dairy, soy or gluten.
It's at lunch so I'd like to do a lunch course and little finger type foods for after.
I'm skimming the internet for stuff also but wanted some feedback on your favorites.

Also, I eat a lot of hummus with fresh veggies, and you're usually safe with whole, unprocessed foods. Just make sure to check labels on any seasonings, marinades, and dressings.
