Don't worry. I have done 2 of the three hour tests. Bring water, something distracting to do (I brought a tablet & watched tv) & see if they gave the red. ...it is much better than the orange!

Ironically enough, it's because you rarely post anything that you got "this".  If you gave support more readily, you would get it back.  Easy enough.

I took my 3 hr yesterday. I found out I passed this morning! I was stressing too because I read all the risks of gd. But even if you have it, with the diet plan they give you, you will most likely control it and have a normal pregnancy! T&P for you!

I completely agree with SaltyPearl. Failing the test and having GD is no big deal. It's not a death sentence, I follow a strict diet and get extra ultrasounds/ care. You still have an inside baby that is healthy, suck it up and move on.

Yep. Gestational Diabetes...I haz it.

I can't eat the Hershey Bars or Sour Patch Kids anymore, but if anything it's a kick in the butt to stay healthy after I give birth, too.

Ok, so this is the husband. My wife had me read this to see how catty all you ladies are. After reading this and a few other posts I realized how wrong she was... You are all phyco bitches that need to grow the fuck up! I teach high school and you girls are acting worse than 9 grade girls with boy problems. If a person post something they should get support. If you got nothing good to say...don't say it at all! I feel bad for anyone who actually has a question or is looking for kind advice. If she put the post in the wrong spot...who the fuck cares...if they ask a stupid question, who the fuck cares. Only miserable pregnet ladies with extreme hormone problems!
Be kind to each other, some of us are new to all of this!!! We look here for comfort, not to be bashed. Grow the fuck up. Fuck.

@PhyllieB‌ - or your "husband": which threads did you read? Did you read the thread where one of us is on hospital bed rest and praying to keep from delivering early? Did you offer words of comfort? Because there are multiple pages where we did.

Did you read the newbie post where FTM ask for advice from experienced moms? Because that's over 30 pages long...

Or did you read how we've had 3 births already this month and how all of us rallied behind these mamas with words of prayer and support. No?

You don't know what this board has been through and is currently going through. Get off your high horse and try getting to know these amazing women instead of coming in from out of no where and calling everyone "phyco bitches" (yeah, you spelled that wrong) because you read a total of ONE snarky thread.

Ok, so to recap: OP has a few previous posts during which she was showered with support and helpful advice. OP rarely comments or gives others support because she is apparently afraid that we are all big meanies.

OP fails glucose tests. OP doesn't want to talk about it in the thread where everyone else who failed is talking about it, which was made for that specific purpose. She wants her own thread. Her own super special thread. People leave funny gifs about how silly she's being. This confirms OPs suspicions that we are all big meanies.

Instead of leaving this anonymous internet message board where she apparently feels people are mean to her (when they aren't showering her with support and helpfulness), OP gets her husband, who is apparently a 9th grade teacher with abominable spelling named "Phyllis" to make a post about how we are catty meanie mean faces and should support his wife.
