Weekend without LO

Hi mamas,

LO turned 4 months today, and DH sweetly planned a suprise weekend get away in 2 weeks. I have plenty of milk stashed away, but i'm paranoid about messing up my production not BF'ing her for 48 hours. I'll bring my pump so I can at least relieve the pressure, but how frequently do I need to pump to not mess with my supply? Of course in a perfect world i'd pump every 2-4 hours since that's how I'm feeding her at home, but I'm hoping we can go out and have a good time and not stress about getting back to the room at a certain time.

Agree with PPs too. Every 3 hours will do since that's the time your LO feeds. More than 4 hours will make your breasts already full. Hope you'll enjoy your weekend!
