Will 1 sudafed hurt me? I'm in desperate need if some sinus pressure relief. My dd is 5 months old and nursing like a champ.

    if you  have a healthy supply, I don't think one dose will hurt you.  I did it without seeing any effects at two different times in my EBF 6 months.  If you struggle with low supply, I would stay far away.  And I wouldn't take prolonged amounts
