So most every child has been a part of a fundraising program at one point or another whether it's for a new playground or a trip or whatever. At your school who decides what fundraiser you choose and what is the motivation? Just curious...
At the middle and high schools I've worked at, the ASB director decides which fundraisers to do, and the ASB kids work on implementing them and collecting the funds.
I work in a high school, and each club/ organization/ team sponsor decides what to sell and what the money will be used for. Bake sales and candy are usually big ones here, and the money is usually used for uniforms, trips, or just general expenses. The principal has to approve everything.
