Potty Training

XP: Sleep regression turned potty training regression

DD turned 2 in late January and we had her potty trained by the end of December with the 3 day method. When we did potty training we never used diapers or pull ups. For the first week or two she had a couple of night time accidents, but hasn't had one of those since early January. Fast forward to late January and she started going through terrible sleep regression. Fortunately that seemingly passed starting this past Sunday night. HOWEVER, she has now peed the bed every night/morning since Sunday. Have any of you ever experienced this? We haven't changed anything about her schedule, or eating/drinking habits. I am at a loss as to why she is suddenly peeing the bed every night. If you did experience this, did you do anything to help your child stop doing it? Or did you just wait for it to pass? TIA!
