Can I start this?

I am sitting in the salon waiting for my highlights to be done. Then stopping at Target. Then going to get the kiddo and taking her to the library.

What's everyone up to today?

So far just chilling with my little guy. He let me sleep until almost 6 which is amazing! I miss sleeping in. Isis when sleeping in meant 10.

No solid plans for today yet.

I just got up, but last night was rough because DD woke up a few times and then stood next to my bed at 5:30 this morning shouting "Wake up! It's morning time!"  DH got her and let me sleep in, though.

Today is kind of busy.  I'm cleaning and shopping this morning.  At some point I need to stop by a science competition some of my kids are in, and I also have a parent who invited me to a book release she's having today.  Then, we're having my brother over for dinner, so I've got to figure out what to cook.  Any ideas?  

The good news is that we met with a realtor last week and will be starting our house hunt on Wednesday!!  I am so excited.  Now I need to have the conversation with my boss about the possibility of not returning next year.

I have to be into work at 11:30. Should be out by 5-6pm...then coming home and chilling witH DS and DH. a glass or 2 of wine may be involved. Its been a long week.

Dd and dh are watching soccer. She keeps repeating what he says. It was super cute until dh yelled that's bollix and a second later dd piped up with "dat bollix." Sigh.

It's going to finally be 50 and sunny so we are heading to the zoo in a bit.

DH went snow shoeing with FIL, DS1 is at my parents for the day, so it's me, DS2, and DS3 hanging out watching cartoons.  I may make a trip to the dollar store later to stalk up on some items for the kids carnival week at school next week.

I have random, boring household stuff to do (laundry, cleaning). Later during naptime I have to organize and tag stuff for the giant consignment sale coming up, I'm actually looking forward to it!

We are mostly hanging out at home as per usual. 

I'm going to join in on a speed-scrap around 1 today online, and do laundry that I've been trying to finish since last saturday.. 

H being on vacation for a month really screws things up for me, and makes me feel super lazy

Today me and the little guy are meeting up for lunch with my friend and her little guy from my BMB. Hooray for day wine!

H was in nightshift so I have to get the kids out of the house for a bit so he can sleep. Might head to the mall in a bit. Wish it wasn't still so cold here. I'm ready for spring already !

@FrickandFrack Will your taxes get all the way done today? Doing taxes is a pain, but it would be nice to knock it off the list of things to do.

I just ate yogurt even though it makes me want to hurl because I'm trying to be "healthier." I have horrible acid reflux today, which is always a good time.

In good news, it's actually warm today!! We're going to walk this old bridge that they turned into a walking bridge today, but I'm nervous because I'm scared of heights. Hopefully, I can keep it together.

Hmm. My husband also has night shift. You just made me realize when my guy is older, mobile and louder we might have to get out of the house in the mornings too. Right now it is easy to play pretty quietly.

And I'm ready for spring too - bring on the warm weather!

Whenever MH has nightshift, I try to get us out of the house so he can sleep uninterrupted. But I also wait until he actually goes to bed.. because if I left in the morning, and came back by noon, he's still awake playing on his computer and then goes to bed.. grr really dude! I gave you a quiet house for most of the morning!! WORK with me here!

Going to the grocery store. No other plans except watching the Olympics and cleaning the house.

SIL & Bil in town so would love for them to watch girls so we can go out for dinner and get a margarita for national margarita day.

We're at my IL's celebrating mine and DH's birthdays. Red velvet cake tonight - woohoo! And DH and I stopped on the way up and bought scotch and tequila for our room because they frown on drinking. Party time!

Morning! Going to feed my kid then go for a run. Then this afternoon I'm going to a wine crawl while DH stays home with DD and I am stupid excited about it. It's been forever since I've been out with just adults drinking adult beverages. Will have to come home drunk and thank DH properly. #oldpeoplesex

I am exhausted. At about 2 am, my kid came out of her room and climbed on the futon with me. She then proceeded to kick the shit out of me, flail around, and cry, whining for milk. She slept fitfully, which was made worse by the fact that my H left our stupid dog downstairs for some unknown fucking reason. She kept getting up and shaking inside the other dog's crate and then clattering around the house trying to get me to let her upstairs and I'm like, "Go the fuck to sleep, you annoying idiot." I didn't want to get up and wake up Zoe when she was sleeping and if I got up when she was awake, she would have lost her fucking mind.

At 6:30, Z started screaming and then vomited for the first time in her life. She then said, "Hi, Sarah!" in a happy voice. Sarah is the stupid dog, who was now standing next to the futon, asking for help getting upstairs again. I put that stupid dog upstairs and then stripped off Z's pjs, curled up with her in her bed and she finally passed the fuck out and really slept. But don't worry, she was up an hour later, clearly fucking ravenous. 

TL;DR My kid was up all night upset, threw up early this morning, and is now happily eating a PB sandwich and singing along with Midnight Memories. I have not slept.

Confession -- We do our taxes on or very close to April 15 every year. At this point it's become a horrible tradition. I'm very impressed with you grown ups who get it done early!

Woke up and hung out with DS while DH was at bootcamp, then he brought me Starbucks. Now DS is napping and I'm getting in the bath.

DH wants to work on the lawn today. I need to stuff diapers, finish our laundry, and get to work on some thank you notes. We might go out for lunch.

Done with grocery, laundry is about half done.  I'm not doing great on the house cleaning thing.  I hope my bro doesn't judge too much.  When he and I lived together, he was quite judgy.  

DD will nap soon, and I am debating between napping along with her or working out and showering.  Leaning toward nap and regular night time workout.

We're supposed to clean up today, DH is doing our room and I'm gonna clean out the car. But I couldn't sleep last night for some reason and I'm so tired. DS spit up all over himself so I gave him a bath and changed his sheets. Poor baby, his onesie and his hair were soaked. I love giving him baths though, can't tell if he hates them or loves them yet.

I'm leaving for Nashville tomorrow and have no idea how much you pack for a baby, especially since I don't know if it's gonna be one night or two. DS is a magician at peeing out the side of his diaper and through his clothes. I'll probably empty a whole friggen drawer into a bag and call it good.
