Agree with most of previous posts, and would add these few.
Take pictures of your growing belly, I so regret not taking a few more when I was pregnant with DS1.
Have lots of sex in 1st and 2nd trimester, its hard and uncomfortable the bigger you get, but just remember that 6 weeks pp is a long time, esp for DH... (we only lasted 3.5)
In labor and delivery, edidural does not = weakness or failure
Let the baby sleep in the nursery at the hospital. Labor is hard work, and you will need all the rest you can get before you go home and are on duty 24/7.
Babies breathing can sound REALLY FUCKING WEIRD. I spent so many sleepless nights freaking out over each and every new sound. So my advice is be cautious, not crazy.
THIS!!! On the topic of sleepless nights, sleep in whatever comfortable position you can during the 1st and 2nd trimester, because during the 3rd no position is comfortable.
Also, get a pregnancy week to week app or better yet get on a message board with your birth month. Be open to advice, don't be overly sensitive when asking a question and people tell you the truth, don't treat the board as your doctor, and learn how to use the search function! You girls have helped more times than you'll know!
I would tell them to join a bump board or something similar. And tell them they can come bitch to me when people are saying stupid shit. It's nice to have someone you can go to and just have them listen
Also - buy maternity clothing. Yes you wear it for less than a year but it's a year that your body is changing so much and your self esteem can be not so great. New clothes that fit your changing shape are a huge boost, if you can afford it.
Lastly - if you need a break take it. I took a week of holidays when I was 6 months preg and a week when I was 7 months preg and my doc wrote me off when I was 36 weeks pregnant because she didn't want me on my feet and my back is so bad. People at work gave me a hard time about it but after awhile I realized I shouldn't care what they think and if I wouldn't have take that time I would have been miserable.

THIS! Having women who are at the same point in pregnancy as you is such a helpful thing! You ladies reassured me that I'm not in fact crazy but pregnancy is. And try not to take people's comments seriously I know at one point someones comments will push you over the edge but try to let it go. Also just based off some recent posts make sued you know your companies policy on maternity leave and FMLA guide lines if they apply. Ohh and the biggest for me is DO NOT READ WHAT TO EXPECT! Seriously that book made me terrified he wasn't moving enough and I was gaining enough weight etc. I would never tell a friend to read that.
Don't give up everything you love -- whether it's soft cheese, the occasional deli sandwiches, a plate of sushi at a good restaurant -- it adds too much stress.
Also: don't move while 36 weeks pregnant. YOU WILL NEVER EVER UNPACK.
Be kind to your body, avoid stress, drink all the water, love yourself more than ever.
My biggest piece of advice is to just enjoy the ride and dont let other peoples advice and opinions leave you jaded. Its amazing in retrospect to think of all of the special moments that I had with Finn before he was even born. Its not always easy but you can get through it and at the end you are rewarded with the most incredible feeling of unconditional love and also accomplishment!
Don't be too hard on your body. Exercise, make healthy choices, sleep in, cheat on your diet. I wish I had taken body measurements prior because I found myself having unrealistic expectations of my body PP... I had to reel myself in and remember that I didn't have a 6 pack pre preg and to chill out. The measurements would be proof that I'm not too far off of what my body was before.

Dream celeb baby daddy- Prince Harry
If your husband sucks and you need help, tell him. Otherwise, you have nobody to blame but yourself
You're going to resent your husband for something or many things
Enjoy the end of pregnancy. For me, it was so so much easier than actually having to take care of a baby.
My other piece of advice is take all advice with a grain of salt. All pregnancies and all babies are different.
