A friend of mine is a director for where she works and told me a couple of months ago that there is a position coming up that she thinks I'd be perfect for. It would be a great career move for me and I'd be much closer to home. The thing that sucks is that she has no idea when the position will open. They are in the middle of building the location where they are moving this particular branch which was supposed to be done this month but now it might be awhile.
Originally we'd planned to start TTC three months after I got hired (thinking I would be hired this month if I got hired) so that I'd be eligible for FMLA. Now I don't know what to do. Do we hold off TTC? Then if the job opens up in a couple of months and I don't even get it then we'll have postponed for nothing. Would it be worse to be pregnant and then get the job only to take maternity leave soon after? I don't want to wait too long because I don't want the spacing to be too far apart and at this point DS will be 3 when the next baby arrives.
I just don't know what to do!

I wouldn't but only because you just never know how long it could take you.
Liam is 5!
Exactly.
