Cute Bruce pic inside!

My mom and step dad came to meet Bruce this weekend. A lot of my mom's friends from work sent gifts along with her, and this cowboy hat was one of them. It cracks me up!

We are doing pretty well getting a routine going for every day. DH is still working about half time, some in the office and some from home, so it's been nice to have an extra set of hands. I'm a little nervous about how I'll do as a SAHM once DH goes back to work full-time, but at least I can come here and moan about it if I need to. ;-)

Bonding seems good, but I don't know how it should look, so meh. He is usually very happy to see one of us, though!

We have to have 6 post-placement visits with our SW before we can schedule a court date to finalize. It'll probably be around 6 months from now.

So exciting! Bonding sounds like it's progressing well. You make an adorable family.

Going to court was one my happiest days ever. When the judge declared it official J threw her hands in the air and screamed with joy. We put the picture on her adoption announcements.
