    My water broke at work last time and I plan on working right up until I go into labor again. I'll just travel with my hospital bag like last time. If for some reason I have a planned section, I'll probably take a day or two off before to do any last minute shopping and stuff.

    I'm hoping to work up until I go into labor or when the doctor puts me on bedrest.

    DS #1 born January 2010. DS #2 due June 2014.

    I will officially become "disabled" one month prior to my due date and be on short-term disability (privately paid by my company) until I deliver. That is honestly because the nature of my job (bedside acute care nursing) is so physically demanding that I don't think my practice and ability to provide care will be its most safe at that point. If I was still working in an office environment I'd probably try to go until delivery...because I am a crazy workaholic.
