Mamaroo/Swings/Bouncers HELP ME!

I registered for a swing and bouncer but have been hearing awesome things about the mamaroo.
My in-laws are in town and want to get us the Mamaroo and I'm so down but have questions.

Is it a swing? A bouncer? A little of both? If you got the mamaroo, did you like it?

I'm lost and can't read anyone online reviews and would rather ask you ladies.

I'm planning to buy one. I've never had one, but feel like my kids would have gotten a lot of use out of it so I'm going for it this time.

We got a mamaroo for our little one. I picked it because it is something we use at the hospital I work. The nurses in the NICU swear by it. A friend of mine also used it for her little one and loved it. It is a little of everything. You should go to the store and see how it works first.
