Best Valentine's Ever!!

We had our fetal MRI today. From the pediatric radiologist, his initial impression is that her SCT is completely external. Of course, he will sit down and study the images in detail, but his initial impression is positive. The neuro and spine radiologist concurred, and said if we had to pick a placement for a teratoma, we couldn't pick a better one. Her heart looked great! No signs of cardiac failure or kidney failure. No fluid in her lungs or in any of her tissues. Everything so far looks on track for delivering via CS at roughly 30 weeks. We meet with our MFM and the pediatric surgery team on Wednesday. Also, the 2 radiologists and the MRI techs agreed that I'm going to need roller skates to keep up with this child as much as she was moving during the MRI. To me, no amount of chocolates or flowers could top what is the best news we could have gotten. Oh, and, it's going to be in the 60s and 70s next week. Yay!!!
