I bought a Groupon for a massage and had it redeemed yesterday.  Lets just say that I left there more tense than when I went in.  It was a dude, no big deal...so I thought.  It started off fine and ended up being inappropriate.  I don't want to go into the details because it makes me sick thinking about it and not doing something right then and there. I never wanted a massage to end so badly in my life and I was coughing and tensing up and making obvious movements to show that I was not comfortable. I gave him a $10 tip for his time but I'm seriously going to express my opinion about the service with their online review.  Women only massages from here on out!

Yikes! I can't imagine. I am a woman only massage therapist person too. There is a guy in town that is apparently really good, but I just can't. Not that I think he would be inappropriate, but my self esteem can't handle a guy other than my DH to see me naked.

I'm pregnant for crying out loud and I think that he was getting a little too invested in his "work".  He had the lights on for 85% of the time (WHUUT?)  It ended up feeling like a rubdown that someone wanting to get down and dirty would perform.  At the end of the session (so I thought) he just stood there with his hands on my head and he blurted out the word "Heaven".  I didn't acknowledge it because, WTF.  I thougth for a moment he was going to snap my neck in one of my crazy, read to many suspense thriller books, mental lapse.  I seriously can't make this crap up.

Earrings are from New York and Company.  They always have sales going on and I love to stock up on big earrings!

Can't wait to play around with this some more and find new styles.  Pinterest has once again found its place among my favorite places to kill time.

@zarkarella interesting.... I find woman to be much more judgmental I have only had good experiences with male massage therapists.

Ewe, this would really creep me out.  I am very sensitive especially around my upper leg area past the knee and have had to ask women masseuse to stop because I am uncomfortable.

That being said, I have a friend who bragged about the happy ending jobs she got from dudes at a very elite salon and would tip $75 for their "work"  I was totally appalled, she was married and I felt like it was cheating, but even worse.  She felt it was a status symbol thing, like Sex In the City level, idk.

Sorry you had to deal with this!

Just curious, did you tell your husband?  My husband would freak out and probably go punch the guy.

The lunch ladies gave me a big cup full of sweet potato tots after lunch today... they are my new favorite people.

Ha, I hate tater tots. And those hash brown patties from McDonald's and Chick-fil-a, etc.

I like hashbrown casserole from Cracker Barrel and the hashbrowns at Waffle House.

So I feel my little girl move all day long now, but I still don't think it feels like "butterflies" or "gas". I couldn't figure out how to describe it until I remembered something @bpaws (I think?!) said... it totally feels like a snake slithering around!

This is a great comparison... but now I am a little creeped out. I have to keep reminding myself it is indeed a baby and not a snake. Ain't nobody got time for no mothereffing snakes in no mothereffing uterus.

Depends on the counter. But, yes, the kind in department stores do. I highly recommend the MAC counter. But, trust me when I say don't tell them you want "dramatic" unless you REALLY want dramatic. My dramatic and his dramatic was far different. You will be expected to buy something though. It is not required, usually, but considered rude if you don't.

Their pressed powder is my absolute favorite. And I actually sell Mary Kay (as in I never sell a bit of it, I buy it in bulk for myself and my grandma at a discount)

That sucks, I'm really sorry. I feel like they should definitely give you a free massage for that sort of unprofessional behavior.

No way in hell.  I'm never showing my face there again.  Thankfully it was in an area that I usually don't go to and a "spa" that I'd never been to, or will again.

This post was the first time I've mentioned it to anyone.  I just needed to get it off my chest (shudders).  I don't really have a man to tell it to and I'm sure ex would just think that I'm bragging or he'd tell me to go up there and do something about it.

Thanks for the well wishes this morning friends. I made it through the day and feel almost human again!

In other news, a girl in my class dropped this on my desk this morning. She didn't say a word, just left it and walked away, so I'm not sure what her motives were. In my pregnant/sick stupor, it almost made me cry.

It also made me realize that one more you're/your lesson wouldn't hurt anyone before fourth grade is over.

Sweet holy lord, my sciatic nerve has been a pain in the ass all day (pun totally intended) I managed to take a good chunk out of my to do list, but by noon, he pain in my right buttock and leg was so severe, I almost fell and I couldn't put ANY weight on it. I was in tears hobbling just feet away. All I could do was take a Tylenol and try to rest. Took a long nap and now I'm scared that I won't be able to sleep! At least I can walk with only mild pain again...

The family in the apartment above us ha a young child, although I'm not sure how old. Recently EVERY. FUCKING. NIGHT the kid is apparently running goddamn laps around the apartment from about 8pm to about 10pm. Shouldn't this be "settle down and get ready for bed" time? What the FUCK could they be doing with this kid up there? Toddler moms got any thoughts? Also, I keep wanting to say something because the pounding above my head is making me stabby, but then I think, hey, kids are kids, they're just living their lives up there, don't be a bitch. WWYD?
