Girl Scout Cookies

My boss came home with some. I can't wait to get my hands on some Thin Mints and Samoa's!! Great diet food I know :)

Totally forgot to buy some but thank goodness those cute little girls will be selling them before you walk into the grocery stores! I once bought 11 boxes of Thin Mints AFTER leaving the gym ( yes I actually went many yrs ago ) then hid them in my freezer..from me..lol.

Any favorites?

ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive.  Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

DE IVF #1 (4/26) BFN  DE FET #1 (6/4) BFP! Beta 1=339 Beta 2=852 Beta 3=9957 EDD 2/22/15!!

    Thin mints, followed VERY closely by Samoa's!!! I used to be an elementary school teacher, and their was always one family that hit me up every year. I don't think I every bought fewer than four boxes.

    Ugh!!! My husband came home with 2 boxes today.

    Samoa's are my downfall. But I will resist. Maybe

    Last year I bought Samoa ice cream. It was so yummy.

    Samoas! Do any of you guys remember selling them yourselves? I was awful at it...love the cookies (and liked being a Girl Scout) though!

    April 2015: IVF #2.  Microdose Lupron protocol.  16R, 15M, 12F. Transferred 2 5-day blasts 4/12 and froze 4--BFP!  M/C 5/25/15
    August 2015: IVF #3.  14R, 13M, 11F.  Froze 5 blasts for CCS testing.  3 normals.  FET planned for 10/2015.

    @JimBobCooter holy heck your as bad as my boss! Then buying more? Lmao

    @Davie813 its sad to say I don't remember!! I was so shy. I do remember where we had to what seemed forever hike somewhere then used those little homemade burners overnight at a camp for a badge. That was torture. It was soo cold!

    I don't love them honestly... would rather have a gooey homemade cookie.. but my husband can eat a box in a sitting.  My nieces sell them and this year I donated boxes to the troops instead of getting them mailed to us.  My husband was so mad at me :)

    We are trying to lay off sugar so in all fairness I was just going along with our plan.

    2nd beta- 2166
    Sono- TWINS!!!!
    Two Boys! Born January 2015 @36 weeks.  Healthy and no NICU!  So blessed!

    I like em but usually don't buy them……really girl scouts?? Selling your cookies in Jan/Feb. Im telling you they are out to ruin New Years Resolutions! Im telling you i bet they are the reason many people throw the diets out the window! lol. :P

    Carmel delights are my favorite my sister just brought me a box I'm trying to resist but I think I'm gonna walk a little extra so I can eat them up! Hahaha...@hooligans4 I want ice cream now! Lol

    Ugh, you all are making me want these damn cookies and I"m not even a big fan.   Haven't bought them in years actually and was never a girl scout.  My favorite is Tagalong by far!

    Stay strong girls, making our LO is more important than an empty box of sugar :D

    Me: 44 - Hashimoto's (under control), DH: 38 - (minor issues)

    IUIs: 2 in 2012 ... Both BFN
    IVF #1: 10/16/13 ... BFP, however it was not viable and ended in an early loss at 7weeks.
    IVF #2: Feb '14 ... Cancelled. Positive beta at baseline appt, became very early loss.
    IVF #2: Apr '    14 ... Retrieval Only. 2 embryos made it to day 3 freeze & will be batched with IVF #3 for PGD testing.
    IVF #3: June '14     ...     Retrieval Only. 4 embryos growing, all arrested before day 5. Two from April thawed, but also arrested.
    Currently benched while determining how to proceed.

    Thins Mints are my fave. DH is completely hooked on Trefoils I think he's already eaten 1 1/2 boxes.

    Really?  I loved camping out!  I was soooo excited to go to Camp Clippety-Clop (horseback riding :D )   Door-to-door sales, on the other hand...

    Thin Mints are pretty great, too.  Definitely my favorite after Samoas!

    KirstenAlecia  I have also always wondered why they sell them this time of year too with all the new years resolutions!! 

    I swear the scouts that stand outside the grocery store by my house have gotten some distribution tips from the cartels...  talk about intimidation!  I panick when I see them walking up to me when I am trying to go into the store.  They other day I told my SIL when she went with me to the store " Do NOT make eye contact and if they approach tell them we buy through our nieces and keep moving!"  So crazy... they are tiny adorable little girls!

    I am all about the do si do's!  My DH buys like 6-8 boxes of thin mints a year and they last him all year, I buy 2 boxes of do si do and am finished in about 15 minutes.

    Me: 41 DH: 46. We are TTC our 1st, started July '11,
    3 cycles clomid with Ob,
    1 cycle Tamoxifen with Ob,
    Diagnosed PCOS 11/5/12
    clomid, trigger & timed bd 12/12 BFN
    1st clomid IUI 1/4/13 BFN.
    2nd clomid IUI 2/13 cancelled didn't respond to clomid.
    3/15/13 scheduled laparoscopy & on bcp.

    May 10 IUI from injectibles - BFN 

    May 22 done with interventions it will either happen or it won't. 

    February 2014 No longer actively trying, but not preventing. 

    SURPISE BFP 4/2/2015!!!!!!!!!!

    Miscarriage 4/23/15
