I've never been much of a gym goer for the most part. My weight has been naturally consistent for my adult life. I also live in a big city where I walk everywhere, so that has helped too. I recognize that maybe this isn't the *optimal* lifestyle choice, but it's been easy and works for me. Now that I'm pregnant, I'd like to start a workout routine that can help me build a little strength and stamina before baby gets here, as well as push me to start making better workout choices that will help me shed the weight post baby. Also hoping this will help my energy levels during pregnancy. Anyone have any good resources for fairly simple "getting started" routines I can do at our apartment building's gym or at home?

I did a lot of yoga and spinning at the gym while pregnant.
