Job Dilemma *update*

So I didn't get the job. The bossman said that he was honored that DH and I would step forward BUT another coworker was pushing his wife too and Boss really didn't want to hire her but knew if he hired me instead it was cause major drama & coworker would probably quit. I'm bummed but figure when the time is right it will happen. In the mean time I guess I can just keep looking for a way out of my current job or just suck it up and enjoy the mind-numbing but very-well paying monotony.

Oh I'm sorry, that sucks!!!  It isn't right that the other coworker could use that kind of "power" I guess to get his wife hired. 

Keep looking, you still have a job so that's the good thing!

Sorry that sucks. Bright side is at least your current job pays well. Until you find something enjoyable buy yourself a little something extra.
