I started taking reglan for milk production. It doesn't seem to be increasing my individual pumping sessions, but I am definitely filling up faster. I am pretty engorged by the time I pump when I hadn't been engorged since I first started pumping back in the day. So now I need to find more times to pump throughout the day!

Not for long though! When is your boob job? I'm a full 34D but since I went up while pregnant, and now back down, I feel like my boobs look sad. I want happy teenage girl boobs again. Why can't I have a best friend whose a plastic surgeon? Haha

ETA: I'll take a post baby body selfie for ya @laura8388. I'm starting to feel a bit better about my body even if I am 15lbs heavier than pre baby. I must not care too much about the extra weight though because I don't have much motivation to work out!

My next appointment is on Friday with the wound care center so I'm going to be extra persistent in getting more answers.  The issue I'm having is that I have no idea what is considered normal or not... so when something happens at home I don't know if I should expect that to happen or if that's unusual.  So hopefully Friday that gets taken care of. 

It's getting depressing.  I couldn't go to the beach yesterday because 1) I have this massive bandage on my belly that is quite uncomfortable 2) I have not been able to do any exercise since giving birth so I feel like I look disgusting 3) everybody was leaving early in the morning because of the anticipated traffic and my nurses can never come early. 

So as summer approaches... I don't know how I'll be able to go on trips since I'm pretty anchored to the house. 

I'm starting to wonder, what the hell went wrong during the actual c-section to have caused this??  Or is this just how things happen?  Ugh

You ladies make me feel better :-)  It was weird when DD2 was a newborn, her head looked tiny next to my gigantic boob.  DH thought it was hilarious... since she's growing and my boobs are chilling a bit, we're getting close to the same size!  Thank goodness.

@Laura8388 That's what Piper looked like in the beginning next to my boob but she was 7lbs 2 oz lol. MH said the other day that her head is finally bigger than my boob. Wish I could get my boob job done but Zane said I have to wait until we are done with kids

I am flying to CT for a job interview tonight and bringing Piper. With a connecting flight in Charlotte. Since I EP I have to drag my pump with me too.  This should be interesting.

I must have missed the other posts about Tylenol making shots ineffective. M's shots are next Monday and I was planning on giving her Tylenol after.

I missed it too.  Our pedi recommends giving Tylenol an hour before so it's working from the beginning and as needed after.

@Jennibeanjld my pedi said wait an hour after the shots? I didn't end up giving LO any because he was fine, but that's what I was told. A friend's pedi told her to give it before, and DHs cousin's pedi said none whatsoever. It's so conflicting.

We are hanging out skin to skin also because of shots today.

I asked about Tylenol and my doc said that it was fine either for fever or if he was fussier/crankier than normal. She said to wait to see if he actually needed it, not to just automatically dose him.

He's a little fussy, but keeps falling asleep so we haven't had it yet. It's ready though, if I think he needs it.

@FarmBoysWife‌ this upsets me. You shouldn't be treated this badly, it's horrible. Jimmy has gotta get his butt in gear so you can quit. No job is worth the anxiety and depression and even relapse of cutting. You have two beautiful boys who need a happy healthy momma. Besides, you deserve better. You work so hard for everyone else, it's time that you get yours. High fives, good vibes, and fist bumps for you.

Just got back from the pedi. Went in cause Asher has had blood in his poop for a few days. He has an anal fissure (tear), which is pretty common from what the dr says. It should heal on its own and the pedi didn't seem worried. All is status quo for now.

If he still has bleeding in a week we are to go back and then the real fun would begin. Colonoscopy, upper GI ultrasound etcetera would have to be done. So here's really hoping it clears on its own.

My husband is also ridiculous with the TV.  He cannot multitask at all.  I've had to make him turn off the TV a lot so he'll actually pay attention to LO.

Also, someone is selling a bunch of the FREE sample packs they got in the mail and from the doctors office on a swap board here. There is a small battle because someone posted they thought it was wrong to sell them for $50. Thoughts? I gave away 6+ cans of formula on Craigslist for free... I personally think it's wrong to sell it.

I want to help! My skillz: librarian stuff with @caseanddave. Because you all know my organizational tendencies are a bit extreme.
I also can wield a hammer and wouldn't squirm at some carpentry or basic remodel stuff. Because tree forts. Duh.
I can also help with sewing.

And sure I'll make a logo. Why not. I have random skillz

I had a bunch of free formula samples we got in the mail and from the hospital. I gave them to a tornado relief drive for the storms we had here about a month ago.

I've been out half a day and just discovered Belgium, fabulous! I volunteer my skills as a child and adolescent psychotherapist/marriage and family therapist - lots of kids+lots of families=plenty of work!
