Baby name: yay or nay?

So the woman that gave birth in her car stuck on the interstate in AL Tuesday night named her baby Wynter. Other than the awful spelling, I actually really like it. Such a crazy story and fitting name. I definitely hate the spelling though.

What do y'all think? Too much, or a fitting name??

Eh not my favorite but not the worst name ever. People name their kids Summer and Autumn, why not Wynter?

I don't normally like the name Winter at all, actually. I just think it's a fitting name for the circumstance. I'm surprised I like it, but now that little girl has a great story to tell about her name and I think it's pretty special. Again, not a fan of the spelling though.

I hate the spelling, but I think the meaning behind Winter is really sweet.

It's nice that there is a story to go with the name rather than the parents just trying to be unique. I loathe the spelling though, I have a student whose name is spelled like that. No good.

I don't usually like season names . I really don't like Summer Or Autumn, but I do like month names (some). I love the names April, May, and June. And August for a boy. I like Winter, but I would never use it. I would probably never use April either actually. But I do like it!
