What do you do with it??
I've been eating a lot of plain yogurt lately and asked DH to pick some up for me from the store last night. Well, he brought home 11% milk fat greek yogurt! I didn't even know the percentages went that high! Sometimes I'll treat myself to a 3.5% yogurt as a dessert option, and that's fatty enough... this 11% stuff is unpleasantly rich. Plus it's plain... so it essentially tastes like butter.
What should I do with it? I can't just eat it with fruit like I have been doing... maybe in some sort of baking? Ideas?
Re: Really high fat yogurt?
DS still gets whole milk yogurt too.

That's because some in the medical community are still dumb enough to believe healthy fats make kids obese. of course it couldn't be because kids are more sedentary and eat too much processed foods...

Gary Taubes has written two books about it (Why We Get Fat is the shorter read): https://garytaubes.com/
And here's an op-ed from Nina Planck about the benefits of whole milk. Milk with all its milk fat is a complete food, which is a good thing.
