Phil and Ted Navigator

I'm looking at the Phil and Ted Navigator stroller with second seat for my two boys - 2 and 7 months. Does anyone have any experience with it? I'd want to do a little jogging with it, but not likely more than 5k. I like that we can get the scooter to attach as a riding board once DS1 is a little older!
