Postive Test?

I took two tests this morning, both from the dollar tree. I can't tell if the second line is too faint to be a postive or not! Any opinions?

Pretty sure they don't say Step 1: Add 4 pee droplets to well with pipet (included). Step 2: Photograph test and post online for evaluation by experts.
