Dear Stupid Doctor's Office,

Thanks for telling me my lab results would be back three days ago, when in reality it's going to be Monday before you get them. So now, I have to spend more time on a stupid freaking low residue diet. I want to be able to enjoy a glass of wine and some freaking chocolate. And while we are at it. Freaking eff you body. Like my MC and D&C and post D&C infection weren't enough? You had to throw a little colitis and c. diff in there too?

Thanks body, for bleeding non-stop. Here I thought I was going to enjoy some stress-free lovin' for 5 weeks while I'm on bcp before starting my IVF cycle and you've decided to ruin that for me as well. It's always suuuuper romantic to pull out the towels before sex. Thanks. Ya bitch.

Dear Diary,

I've come to realize I nest my way through grief. When my dad died, I cleaned his apartment top to bottom.

And now, one week post loss, my floors are mopped, the laundry is almost caught up, I've gutted, cleaned, and organized both bathroom sinks, I washed my makeup case, I've organized toys, and I'm about to hit the closet.

I guess anything to keep my mind off things...

DD, do you know what is less hot than baby sex after over 3 years of trying? Baby sex when I can't breathe because I'm so snotty and my head is pounding. And you know what else sucks? Being paranoid about taking drying cold medicine because I don't want to dry up my CM just in case it's my lucky month. Eff that.

Oh, and a coworker asked me if I wanted more kids the other day. I delicately explained that we have been trying forever, and she sweetly offered to keep me in her prayers. Then, the next day, she asked me (all excited-like) if I had heard that someone we know is pregnant with a 3rd child. I'll take the prayers, but I might be willing to trade them for some heightened sensitivity... I know she didn't mean anything by it, but I'm so exhausted by trying to make excitement shine through the disappointment in the reminder that I am not pregnant still.

And a confession. I will eat several cookies tonight. Because. I. Want. To.

Dear Diary, 

I think I have finally reached a semi freak out stage... D(doofus)H is going out of town this weekend.  I have my final lining appointment tomorrow, and I am going to have to rely on my sister to give me my PIO shots for two mornings.  (I think secretly she likes to hurt me, that whole pay back for being a little sister thing).  

I never crave sweets and all I want right now is a dammed cupcake. Effin hormones!

Dear diary, I don't even feel bad that I called in this wintery Saturday so I could spend the day with my family. In fact I probably will do the same tomorrow. My job is driving me crazy, so I think a little break may be necessary.

Dear Diary, I'm a little annoyed that my doctor never prescribed progesterone for me. She always said levels were fine even though she suspected low progesterone based on the huge amount of symptoms. So for years, I've had what feels like endless spotting and periods. The ND said let's give it a try, it can't hurt you (other than my pocketbook at $85 for a small tiny container) and FINALLY I get a break from the darn spotting!! This stuff is like magic. I even feel better mentally after only a few days.

Thank you so much to all those who encouraged me to make the call to the ND. She's wonderful.

Dear Diary (Sunday),
Didn't write Friday bc I was on a time out, Saturday went to teacher conference and have severe bronchitis too. Hubs has been injured for two weeks and at home driving me nutso. I got a week off for snow and was sick the whole time. But what is really on my mind is getting my IVF contract done. We are still short 5k and I'm still pissed I let hubs and doctor talk me into the FET. We'd of had it. But can't go back. Supposed to tell nurse when next period starts so can plan out cycle for next and ER and ET. Had weird spotty period last time so I could start sometime between 1st and 8th- first time I am so unsure. Everything with IVF and all is so unsure that this money issue and not having contract done so we can situate meds and calendar is killing me!!! I keep having dreams of a boy and girl twin gender reveal party. My daughter does the reveal, she is supposed to do either pink or blue handprints on my belly and she laughs and does one of each! I think I just want whatever I get- and my subconscious is keen on that and showing both. But a great idea for gr party, their guesses are bows or bow ties? Anyway- first time since failed FET I am thinking forward- so that is good!
Lastly, a lot of sad things going on with everybody on here. Just want to let you know I am thinking and praying and sending hugs to you all! Our rainbow babies (and in some cases second rainbow babies!) are going to help us make these times worth the continued fight! Don't lose your happiness, keep hoping, keep venting, keep supporting!

Dear Diary,
Let me start with the good news, I ovulated (woo hoo). Bad news, DH couldn't perform because he has having issues with his blood sugar. We did the day of the LH spike but I wanted to give it one more go the day I was most likely ovulating. We were up till the wee hours of the morning and still no luck.
