So last night was a turning point, we decided we would all sleep in the same room and he would get up with me each time the baby woke up. Well it was 3:30am and baby was up for a second changing and feeding, got the baby all settled down. He rolls over and goes I feel like I just fell back asleep from the last feeding. I looked at him and said yep that is how it is. I went back to sleep, morning comes and baby is waking up for anther change and feeding, he was up for work and he came in with the bottle. I looked at him and said how easy do you feel it is at night for me to do this all by myself, he looked me in the eyes and he told me it is not as easy as I thought it was. I told him you saw yesterday how much did the baby sleep during the day? (baby slept maybe 2 hours) I told him I do not get days were I can sleep when the baby does cause sometimes baby does not sleep. He told me he would like to do the same thing we did last night tonight. I know it still does not excuse his behavior this past weekend, but I have some hope this weekend was a turning point and last night he saw hoow diffcult it can be getting up with a new baby all night.

Aw, so glad you guys had some progress! This sounds like a step in the right direction. I'm sorry you're having to train your husband though, that sucks. Hopefully this will be a turning point for you.
