Just hang in there! DS has 7 teeth now, but has stayed pretty good. He went through a biting phase, but it stopped.
Sometimes, his latch just may be off, in which case, just relatch. Sometimes some discomfort happens when he's falling asleep and comfort nursing. In which case, I'll stop the nursing session, or switch sides. Other times, I think his new tooth is coming in, and it's just a couple days of discomfort.
Teething doesn't have to stop your BF relationship!

No, we will continue nursing for sure! I figure if nothing else, my boobs will become use to it, and "tuffen" up.
Biting during nursing isn't so much the problem, at least not yet, as the teeth just being there while nursing creates sore spots.

I don't get sore spots but after a while of nursing on one side I get irritated/agitated from the friction and have to unlatch or switch sides. She 's been doing a lot of comfort nursing while sleeping/napping so this happens more often than I would like.
Thankfully nursing her stopped damaging my nipples after 6 or so weeks and nothing has happened since to change that.
I hear ya! When her top ones came in I definitely felt a difference, but now I feel fine. We did have a two day period of teething where I had to EP though, because everytime I would go to feed her (and I kept trying) she would bite down all the way. It was absolutely awful and eventually she wanted to nurse again but I will never forget the pain of getting my boob chomped for the 8th time in a day!

I totally feel you. I've actually noticed a tooth indention on the areola of one side because as he sucks the pressure of that tooth really digs in. For me, he hurt my nipples so bad in the beginning as in PP that my nipples have very little feeling so the pressure tends to not be too bad unless he has been on that side for awhile. DS did a bit of biting in the beginning when his first few come in, but we got past that - thankfully.
We only have 2 bottom teeth, but when they were coming in her latch must have changed because it was SO painful! Luckily that only lasted a few days. She's bitten once or twice but really not much so far...hoping that either the rest of her teeth take their time coming in, or she doesn't start biting when they do (or both!).
Sweet lord I'm so glad my LO only has two teeth. when those came in she bit me pretty good one one nipple (drew blood) and I swear it was just awful - took 3-4 days to heal. I'm in no rush for more.
