Hi everyone... I left you guys 8 months ago when my DS was born. Well, I'm glad to re-join you again! We are expecting 2 little ones this coming august - 3 under 2 aka be careful what you wish for. Yesterday I had to say good by to my hot hot hot RE (I SWEAR he's gonna be my soul mate in another life ;) so that was sad. No more vagi-magics by Dr. Wonderful. Anyway, I am not the morning sickness type but today I got a good whiff of home heating oil being pumped into my apartment building, coupled with getting quasi-stuck in my elevator...I felt some on coming nausea and when I tried to talk myself down, I happen to watch a dog with massive diarrhea (sorry) which put me over the edge and I yakked on the sidewalk on the way to subway. Because this happened to me with my first, I was not phased. I wiped off my mouth, had a sip of my coffee then headed to the office. I thought, huh, time to join the PAIF board bc this shit is real. :)
Me: 34 - low ovarian reserve
DH: 40 - no issues  

3 failed IUI's 

IVF #1 3/12 - 13 eggs, 9 fertilized,  2 transferred (1 grade 2 blast, 1 early blast), no frosties, 3/30/12 - 9dp5dt spotting, BFNs

IVF #2. 7/12 - 18 days of stims, 3 mature eggs, 3 fertilized (ICSI), 3 transferred (9, 8, 7 cell) on day 3.  First beta - 8/21/12 = 105, beta #2 - 8/23/12 = 268, beta #3 - 8/30/12 = 2,352. 2nd u/s - 9/4/12. Baby Boy born 5/1/2013.

IVF #3 Now (12/13). AMH is very low - 0.19. ER (12/5) 12 eggs, 10 mature, 7 fertilized using ICSI. 3 transferred (8,8,8 cell - all grade 2) on day 3. First beta - 12/21/13 = 126, beta #2 - 12/23/13 = 400, beta #3 - na (office was closed for new year's). First sonogram - TWINS aka OMG! -

    Multiple clomid rounds from 11/2010 to 6/2011. ~ All BFN
    IUI w/clomid 7/2011. IUI w/clomid & injectables 11/2011 & 1/2012. ~ All BFN
    IVF:EPP 5/2012 ~ (4R, 3M, 2F w/ICSI). Both embryos txfrd. ~ BFN
    BCP to manage endo from 10/2012 to 12/2012.
    FET w/donor embryos #1: 10/2013 Cancelled
    FET w/donor embryos #1.2: 11/2013     ~ ET of 2 beautiful blasts on 11/27.
    Beta 1: 503(12dp5dt) Beta 2: 1035(14dpt) Beta 3: 3001(16dpt)     Beta 4: 8503(19dpt)
    Twins with an EDD of 8/15/14! Team Purple
    G&B born 6/30/14 at 33w3d via emergency c/s.

    He's not conventionally hot by any means - maybe attractive - but I know there's something there. I SWEAR. I told him I was going to come to him every 16 months but this time I told him I'd see him in a few years... :(. I hope I bump into him again (post baby weight loss of course). Until then, my love...

    Hilarious!!! I want to see this RE!! That was like my acupuncturist. He was a tattoo free, not (nearly) as cool version of Adam Levine! But welcome back and congratulations!!!!

    @herecomesthsun @mjc1116 actually the only other time I puked was when I was preg with my son only it was on the doorstep of my favorite deli during morning rush hour after I just ordered a ton of food. I barely made it out of the door and somehow I was covered in it...I still had to go back inside to pay. I was mortified!!! This time I was very lady like about it :)

    Congrats and welcome back to PAIF!  And I can relate on the super hot RE.... one of the OBs I see is so dang hot.  I think DH is starting to sense that I can't stop staring at him....

    Me: 42. DH: 46.

    1st Pregnancy: MC, 11/19/00.

    2nd Pregnancy: DS born 04/10/06.

    3rd Pregnancy: CP, 03/11.

    4th Pregnancy: MMC, D&C 11/30/11, Genetic testing revealed Trisomy 4.

    5th Pregnancy: Ectopic, 2 doses of Methotrexate unsuccessful, surgery 4/10/12, right tube removed.

    Tried Letrozole January 2013-July 2013 (including 2 IUIs), all BFN.  After 2 1/2 years of trying for child #2, decided to "give up" after July cycle, based on AMA.

    August 16, 2013:  BFP our first month of "not trying!"  Still in shock.  Beta #1 (14dpo): 183.  Beta #2 (17dpo):  611.  Ultrasound 8/30/13: baby measured 6 weeks, 1 day, heart rate of 118 bpm! 
    Ultrasound 9/13/13:  8 weeks, heart rate of 176!
    Baby is due 4/26/14
