1. PrivateOne - CT.
2. TTC 1st since 2009. Actively with RE since 2012 .
3. Started IVF # 2 protocol which begins with 3 weeks of bcps.
4. What type of TTC are you doing? (IVF, IUI, Natural... etc)
IVF #2
5. I'm fortunate this week. Nothing really irked me. However, I do not really like the way bcps make me feel, all bloated and sensitive. Those feelings have started as I am finishing up the first week of them.
NTA - This board for starters. It's a great resource full of very caring women in the same boat. Also, I have met some really great supportive women through the Resolve support group meetings I attend.

Awesome that we're at the same place! I been reading online today (on my time off) and I've only found good things about it and the doctors. I'm almost not nervous, lol.
1. Your Name and/or Screen Name (no full names) and the State you live in. Processofbecoming, I live in NY.
2. How long have you been TTC? Have been NTNP since my miscarriage in September. My son has special needs and we've been very busy with his therapies. Our most recent visit to the dev. pedi. was very successful and really encouraging. Based on his progress, we're feeling more optimistic about having another child and are giving it a go this month.
3. Where are you in your cycle? If in the 2ww when will you test? (Waiting to O, 2WW etc). I'm knee-deep in ovulation now, as per the OPKs, CM, and the ridiculous amount of pain I'm always in when I ovulate. I know I should temp, but I don't have the discipline.
4. What type of TTC are you doing? (IVF, IUI, Natural... etc). Natural. We may do an IUI further down the line. I doubt we would do IVF, as we just don't have the $$.
5. Weekly Vent - Go ahead, vent on one thing that is really irking you this week, promise you will feel better after. My teeth have all of a sudden become very sensitive and it's driving me insane. I think it's due to stress. My hair has been falling out again too. I need a vacation,
**Name That Action (NTA) ** Who has provided you the most support with your Infertility journey? My journey hasn't been one of infertility, but rather the challenges of raising a special needs child and having a miscarriage on top of that this year. My husband is my hero. He is beyond supportive in every day. I am most lucky to have him.
Me: 42, DH: 40; Surprise BFP 4/27/2011; no heartbeat at 9w3d, we miss you, Baby Manatee; D&C 6/1/2011; AF returned 6/26/2011; Ready to try for our take-home baby. 7/24/2011--BFP! Peanut born March 2012; BFP: 7/31/2013!; blighted ovum at 7 weeks 8/26/2013. Holy Cannoli! BFP 2/23/2014. EDD 11/6/2014!
He's not my doctor, but I do know who he is. They really work as a team there and you actually see many of them during treatment times for routine things. He did an us monitoring appointement for me one day during my first IVF cycle. I remember him being very nice, funny and knowledgeable. So are you just starting with an RE and The Center? (Forgive me, but I'm not as familiar with your back story.)
If you have any questions for me about the place, please feel free to ask or PM me anytime.

I called her end of last month and basically said, what would YOU do? She said, I'd see an RE, you have no time! Want a referral? I was like YES.
They do pregnancy loss evaluation there, so I'm guessing that will be the focus. The RPL panel results have been sent there. I wonder if they'll look at egg quality. I'm curious where I'm at as far as ovarian reserve and how far from menopause. I'm not really sure what to expect other than what I saw in the video on their site.
Sounds like you are moving along in the ivf process for soon!!! That's great! I'm fx for you that we have NO STORMS the days you have to get up to the Center! : ) Spring can just start now.
Sorry for your losses. Such a difficult process. The Center is a really great place and I hope you can find the answers you are looking for. I'm sure you will initially start with all the blood work up to find out where you are at with key fertility indicators like AMH, FSH, etc. I wish you all the best, as the results can be difficult for us gals in our 40's.
I am starting my 2nd IVF and have thought about what happens if snow storms occur during the key days. FX that it doesn't happen. Fortunately, I don't live too far from The Center so there is some comfort in that. I hate snow and cold weather! But we are on the down slope now and each day is lighter longer. 'Cmon Spring!
