Having my first LO this morning via scheduled section at 10am (due to too many huge fibroids blocking the exit). Any last minute tips? Very excited yet terrified all at the same time!
Thanks ladies!! Sorry I didn't come back and follow up earlier, I honestly forgot that I posted this! Lol. My surgery went fantastic! I had very very minimal pain from surgery and was up taking care of the baby the next day. J would've been up that same afternoon/evening, but the hospital has a no getting up for 24 hours after sections rule (and they left the IV and catheter in so there was no sneaking out of bed). Recovery at home hasn't been bad at all. I feel very fortunate to have had such a great surgery/recovery to this point. I had major blood pressure issues 3 days after birth, unrelated to surgery, which was quite scary and made up for the easy surgery unfortunately!
