Thrush

I'm pretty sure I have thrush. Sharp pains throughout my breasts. If you have had this what helps?

    Air out your boobs. For a couple nights I slept without a shirt or bra and just slept on a towel. That seemed to help.

    I don't know if I had it or not, but it felt like it was starting up. Airing out more and coconut oil made it feel better if that is what it was.

    Read kellymoms and Dr Jack Newman's articles about thrush. Gentian violet, nystatin, and diflucan are what treatments I've tried. I'm also taking a probiotic.

    Nystatin for both of us. Her a liquid with a dropper me a cream (which I always forget to put on).
