For girls: Olivia is the huge winner, I know six people that have named their daughter this in one year. Also, Avery and the one that surprises me is Jai.lyn - it's awful and I know three in two years. Boys: Colton is very popular. As well as, Jackson.

Sophias - EVERYWHERE & Aubrey (all spellings) & Although my niece is an Aubrey & her cousin is Sophia, I still hurt my head all the time hearing them ... Esp since Aubrey is a boya name .

Caroline.  I know of at least six Carolines that were born in my circle of friends/aquaintances in the last couple of years.  Also Elizabeth and all it's many nicknames, my Betsy included.

I don't see as many boy names repeat themselves, but the ones I see most often are John/Jack, Charles/Charlie, and William/Will.

DH is Jason & it peeves him to no end to see it spelled different than the traditional spelling.
