Pregnant after IF

Need some Motivation!

I haven't been to the gym in a few weeks and I just cant get the motivation to go. First this little sweet pea inside me take all my energy and I thinkmI'm worried going to the gym will screw something up. I know that's silly. Maybe after my ultrasound on Monday and I see a heartbeat I will feel better. Since I'm overweight I know I can gain very little during pregnancy so I need to get my hand our of the pickle jar and my butt off the couch!

Married: 6/4/2005Start TTC early 2012 May 2013: PCOS Diagnosis August 2013: Uterine Septum Removal November 2013: 1st round clomid, ovidrel trigger December 2013: 2nd round clomid, ovidrel trigger, BFP!!! August 2014: Baby girl arrives! February 2016: Ready for #2 May 2016: starting again with clomid, ovidrel trigger June 2016:  BFP!!! EDD: 2/21/16

  • I just went back to the gym last week after a long hiatus. I'm overweight too and was worried that going back to training for my first 5K was going to hurt something...so now I just walk on the treadmill. I go about 3mph w/ the incline at 3 for 40 minutes or so. I'll increase the incline to 5 or 6 for 5-10 minute intervals, just to give my workout a little boost. On my off days, I come home and do some light yoga so I can stretch things out and work on a bit of muscle.
