I'm on CD 23 with a positive OPK yesterday. So I should be ovulating toadyish. I had bad cramps (similar to cramps from AF) for the better part of the morning today and still getting them on and off. Has anyone experienced this? Does anyone know what this is from? Could it be ovulation pain?

Could be ovulation pains, could be plain old cramps, could be gas, could be a lot of stuff.
Since you got a positive OPK, it is probably ovulation pains. Which are normal.

PAIF/SAIF Welcome!
Probably ovulation pain, I just had mine on the 31 December had cramps and I had a little spotting so defenitely ovulation. Its weird cause I never had this before until this year or maybe because I'm trying I pay attention to my body more. So don't stress about it.
Our experiences won't mean squat for you. Heck, from cycle-to-cycle they don't always mean the same thing for myself.
