?? for Those of you who gave up on using OPK's

Just wondering why?  I rarely seem to get a + on one of these tests, and this month is no different.  I'm really stressinga bout having another anovulatory cycle this month, but that's strictly because of these stupid tests.  I'm determined to get a CBEFM if this month is a bust.  But for some reason my RE office doesn't give credit to temps or CM, only wants to know about the OPK.   What were your reasons for stopping using them?  Anyone else never get a + but sure they were O'ing?

I never got a true + OPK except for the month I took Clomid.  The only way for me to know whether I was really ovulating or not was by my temps.  And I did have several annovulatory cycles, so charting helped me confirm that.  If I were you I would temp & use OPK's...or you could ask them for a progesterone test to make sure you are O'ing.

I gave up reading them and got a CBEFM.  I was getting like four +, instead of one.  I LOVE the CBEFM and recommend it if you are thinking about it!

I never got a positive OPK this cycle, and I ended up pregnant! My O was confirmed by my temperatures...

Good Luck! If we didn't get our BFP this cycle I also planned on getting a CBEFM...?

I hate these things.  I didn't get a definitive positive this cycle, but they definitely got darker and went lighter and corresponded with the temperatures and ff.  But I know I'm ovulating because I had an ultrasound last month.
