This may be a dumb question but ttc and heating pads? Ok? bad idea? I remember being told a long time ago something about really hot showers and such when ttc (or maybe it was just for the guys). My ENDO pain has doubled, probably since getting off bc. I hate taking meds if I really don't have to. I'm thinking a heating pad might help a tad. Just wanted to make sure this wasn't a no no before hand.
I'm 7dpo and last night I was miserable! I am usually pretty bad from the time I ovulate until af arrives but it's gotten worse since I got my IUD removed. I have a but of a cold and took musinex so couldn't even take Tylenol or anything to help so I just had to deal with it. The heating pad is calling my name!

I would think the heating pad would be fine too.

PAIF/SAIF Welcome!
Also- regular mucinex doesn't have any acetaminophen in it and it is not contraindicated to take together. The cold and flu mucinex has 650mg in a regular dosage (325mg = 1 regular strength Tylenol, not 250mg). So you could take more Tylenol on top of that. You can take up to 1000mg every 8hours. Just don't exceed 3grams in a 24 hour period.
Happy New Years ladies!
