Happy New Year Jar!

I saw your post about Power Pumping. Would you let me know how it works out for you? I.e. How much of an increase, how quickly the increase came and how frequently you will do the power pump? Reagan gets too gassy with the Fenugreek and the thought of steeled oats just sounds nassssttttttyyyyyy!

How did you like that wind yesterday? Crazy how the weather went from the 60s to 30s overnight. Gotta love DC... right? HA!  Take care and I luv the new pics of the girls!
