procrastination solution

Nothing battles procrastination like an end date!  Between contractions, membrane sweep, and a definite induction date, I'm finally finishing all those things I've been putting off.  Hopefully the flurry of activity will even be enough to put me into active labor, eeek!  

And hey ladies, tomorrow is January!!!!  It's finally here!

I'm hoping with it basically being January already it will give me the kick in the butt I need to finally get everything done! I hate being so tired all of the time.

When my OB told me last Friday that I was going to be induced on the 9th, that finally got my butt in gear, too. My parents came to my house yesterday and helped me finish the crib/clean out whatever was left in the room, and my dad shampooed the carpets. I'm going out today to buy the last of the things I need and am washing the last of her clothes. Like you said, nothing like an induction date to get things in gear!

May and my BFP still feel so fresh though somehow I still feel like I've been pregnant for at least 2 years.  I can't believe tomorrow is January and the rest of our due dates are so quickly upon us! Holy nerves/anxiety/excitement!!!

P.S. Eeeeep with only 12 days left, I GOTTA get my bag packed!!

I definitely had a nesting/cleaning week this past week while being off for the holidays.  Now I feel like I can finally relax a bit.  All the last minute things feel like they are done.  DH and I sewed all our receiving blankets, cleaned all the curtains and shampoo'd the carpets. I'm happy to finally get to relax these last couple weeks.
