Tongue patch ??

20/20 is doing a piece on this new weight loss procedure where they stitch a patch to your tongue that inflicts pain when you eat solid food. WTF. I could have stapled their mouths shut for half the price....

Ouch! Terrible idea. Besides it won't keep people from getting fat or help them lose weight only put them on an ice cream shake diet.

@NikkiD522 it wouldn't be so bad if I ate only when I was stressed. The problem is I like to eat when I'm stressed. And happy. And bored. And sad. And busy. You get the idea. Today I just happen to be stress eating!

@NikkiD522 I'm going to try going gluten free for 30 days at the beginning of the year. I'm hoping it isn't an epic failure. But, pizza rolls aren't gluten free so I'll probably last about 20 minutes.

Good luck! I think I'm going to the less sugar, more water route.. Just haven't defined the exact rules or goals yet.. I should get to steppin
