Hello ladies! Nothing new to report... I had my break thru bleeding, and I have an appointment on Friday to see if I can start estrace. Moving right along. 20 days and counting!

QOTD: I have not given it too much thought yet. But I suppose I need to get healthy. I know soo original right?

Nothing new here.  Meds are being delivered tomorrow. I will be doing IVF#2 with ICSI again and will also expose sperm to 6 eggs we are going to thaw along with this fresh cycle. 

No new year's resolutions as of yet.

Tonight last day of bcp already. So thankful the holidays are here to not count every hour and day till transfer.

QOTD: I want to eat more organic for hopefully baby & me

Nothing new for me really.  Had a check today but need to go back Friday to see when to start the Estrace and meds will be here Saturday.

QOTD: I usually don't do resolutions...it never seems to work out when I do it that way.  Though I did manage to quit smoking cold turkey many years ago as a New Year's resolution.  Well....it was January 6th...but close enough

No news here, just waiting for ovulation so we can get this show slowly rolling.

QOTW: I'm so type A, I usually make a huge list. And then follow that up with charts, etc. ::blushes:: On my list so far is reading a book a week, because I can do that going through treatment or pregnant or not. That's the hard part this year, coming up with flexible plans.

Qotw: hummm no New Years resolutions... I guess I could say no more drinking for 2014 since I'm hoping to be pregnant as of jan 31st!!!

Hi ladies. I got my schedule today. I should get my period early January and will have to have a blood test on the 6th t make sure I've down reg'd properly. I then start my dexamethosone and progynova and have my intralipid infusion in the 10th. I'm hoping the results of our dq alpha match test come back before FET around the 17th or 18th January.
QOTD: My New Year's resolution is to get pregnant In all seriousness it would probably be to stop putting life on hold and take advantage of opportunities to travel and try new things

Hi ladies!  I'm still on BCP so not too much going.  I did order my meds this week so I guess I'm making progress there. 

I start stims two weeks from today so I'm starting to get nervous but I'm excited too.

QOTD: I haven't really given a resolution much thought yet.  I guess I should start thinking about it!

Hello!  As with many of us, nothing new over here on the IVF front. 

QOTD:  I also don't make resolutions.  I used to when I was younger and they never lasted.  Most likely, I will just try to enjoy life and make plans (rather putting them off on the great "what if").

Still cruising along on BCP.  I don't start lupron until 1/1. 

I have my SHG on Thursday, hopefully it doesn't show any issues.

QOTD:  I don't have any resolutions, but I could use to lose a few pounds.  I am hoping that my husband will get the treadmill put back together so that I can start walking on it in the evenings.  I start steroids 1/1 and they make me an eating machine.  I hope that if I walk some I can keep from gaining more weight.  I have probably gained 15-20 lbs since starting IVF #1.

Good morning ladies! Nothing new to report on my end. I still haven't gotten AF (she's now 10 days late) and doc says I can either force it to happen via pills or wait. DH and I are concerned about adding more pills so we're waiting for now. I think my current cold is contributing to the lateness (took HPTs just in case, nothing). Crossing my fingers that she arrives ASAP so we can get this FET process rolling!

QOTD: I usually have a "work out and eat healthier" resolution. This past year the working out part has stayed, but not so much on the "eating healthier". Hoping to boost up my "hope" levels and stop turning to cookies and pasta when I'm feeling meh about IF!

Nothing new for us really. We are still waiting for @healz413 's period following our cancelled cycle.
I am on BCP to link up the cycle, and we are just waiting now. I hate this holding pattern because it's not really a break and we are on edge pretty much the whole time.

QOTD: we are pretty anti holiday this year and just waiting it out until our last cycle begins. I think our only New Years goal is really to get through the IVF and move forward, hopefully with a baby - but if not then with our grief.... It's going to be a big year no matter what we do......

This Thursday was my EDD so I am having a pretty sh*tty week. Saturday is my sisters bday and when AF should arrive -although I didnt really pay attention this month so who knows... anyways I plan on having a couple drinks before this all starts.

QOTD: no resolutions just want to try new things but I am not exactly sure what yet.

Hey ladies. Not too much going on. I have had spotting for the past 6 days, I've been on BCP since early November and take my last one on Jan 1st, so I hope that is ok/normal. I am also frustrated! I can't get the Snowdrops badge to show up in my siggy, I've tried a thousand times. Uggghhh, lol.

Getting really anxious to start meds. I start lupron on December 26th. Just want to get this show on the road.

QOTD: I generally don't make New Year's Resolution. Right now I am just trying to be healthier ( eating more fruits and veggies, less fast food, more water, and I cut out soda). Going to try to keep that up for the New Year

Starting BCP tonight! Baseline on December 31st, tentatively scheduled for FET the last week of January (around the 22nd or so),

No real resolutions here! I'd like to eat healthier though and keep my house cleaner.

My meds just arrived!  Surreal....we are REALLY moving forward!  Just today I was feeling sad that we went through the pain and loss of all of the embryos from the 1st IVF cycle and then the BFN....only to find out I had an ectopic pregnancy.  I am more resilient than I thought.  You ALL are giving me courage to begin again.

Nothing new here either....3 days until Christmas break which will be nice. I'm going to schedule some acupuncture appointments during that time to get prepared for this next round. My acupuncturist likes to see patients 5 times before ER. I took a break from for the last few weeks so it will be nice to go back. I ended up really enjoying it after all the anxiety I had about even trying it! 

QOTD: My resolution is to add to my family whichever way the universe sees fit. If it is through ivf, adoption, etc. We have committed to this journey and I'd like to see it through. I'd love to lose 10lbs (okay, 30) too but IF tends to ruin that as well. Pffffffft!

Hi ladies! Meds arrived today and I stupidly forgot to ask for a sharps container for the used needles. I have my old one but it's completely filled with needles from the last cycle. I also had my preliminary u/s today. Two tiny cysts on my right ovary, but nothing to worry about.

Not much to report. Started BCP yesterday and will stop on Jan 12th to get this show on the road. Resolutions for 2014: Make it a better year than 2013.

No real updates with us.  We had our injections training yesterday.  It went really well.  Now we just need to sign all the documents and consents.  Still on Estrace and Prometrium.

QOTW:  I honestly haven't even thought about a resolution yet.  If I had to come up with one right now, I would say to reorganize my house.  I feel like we do a lot of moving things around instead of actually having places for things.

Just got the official word that IVF #1 was a BFN. I've been testing at home for days and cried it all out over the weekend. So today I'm just excited to move forward.
Now just waiting for AF and jumping right into #2. The nurse said id be starting bcp on Cd5, this wasnt part of our protocol last time. Can anyone tell me why they're doing this? I haven't had the chance to get the RE on the phone yet.

Resolution...stop eating so much junk food!!

@pvf08 I am so sorry to hear about your dog...it's so heartbreaking to a lose a pet.  My sweet pup is 12 1/2 and I can barely stand the thought of him leaving me.  I am a huge sap when is comes to my pets (and all animals for that matter).  Hopefully better times will come your way soon....hugs!

Hey ladies I had my IVF consult this morning and we are moving ahead with IVF#1 in January!  I have a hysteroscopy on Christmas Eve ( not exactly what I wanted for Christmas). Mock transfer on 1/6.   After that will start stims when my period shows up.  We will be doing Menopur with Ganirelix ( ICSI and  probably PGD testing) So not sure when my FET will be...

I don't like resolutions but I usually like to make a list of goals.  ( you could argue this is the same thing I know).  This year obviously getting pregnant is at the top of the list.  Focusing on health always on the list.  I would also like to work on my cooking... like real techniques not just my experimenting with recipes.  Oh and brush up on my Spanish...

I was just informed that we were accepted into a IVF study at RMA. We will begin stimming next cycle (should start Christmas dayish) with retrieval in January and a double FET in Feb. I'm so excited and nervous. This is our first attempt at regular IVF, last month we did a natural IVF study and 2iui's before that.

Is that the study to see which medium works best? Good luck! Sorry your Natural Cycle didn't work out.

@poohniki -They are trying a new way to test the embryos for chromosome issues. The study is new , it begins in January.
