Your police officer brother legally CANNOT do anything to anyone who said "I feel sorry for your children."  Certainly not across state lines and not even in your own state. That's not a threat to your children, that's an insult to you. Maybe it pissed you off, but you are the one making threats at this point. Just stop.

At this point I would highly advise you to get up from the computer and walk away. I went to bed at 11pm last night and woke up and this was STILL going on. You are doing NOTHING to help your case. NOTHING. You start down a semi decent path and then roll back in with the crazy.

Just walk away from the computer. Back away. Lick your wounds. Think for a few days and then if you want to try to come back with the crazy all tamed back in then try. Until last night you seemed like a pretty normal person but now.....

I really want to know in what universe is saying "i feel sorry for_____" cause for charges/jail/etc.? You have to have more than that to be able to even file a restraining order. Sheesh. I find it almost unbelievable for you to be married at 15 to someone who in in the military. That is a big no no and legal would be all up the guys ass if that was the case.
Military doesn't even like it when a 17 year old girl is on base with her boyfriend without parents.

It'd be considered rape since he probably 20 when you were 15? If he had already been in prior to your marriage? Joined at 18, so I'm guessing 20... 20 marrying and knocking up a 15 year old!!! Sounds like a real awesome man.

@bellamatson I found a copy of Idaho state state marriage law: 

 "If you are 16 or 17 years of age, you will need to have a certified copy or your original birth certificate, or a passport, or a driver's license or state I.D. card. You must be accompanied by one of your parents or your legal guardian and have written parental consent on the Affidavit of Consent to Marriage of Minor. If you are under 16 years of age, you will also need a court order."

 Let's give the former Mr. Doll the benefit of the doubt and assume that he enlisted at 17 like I did; therefore, he COULD have been only 18 or 19 when he married a 15yo girl and got her pregnant....

 I thought them both being in their teens would make this situation sound less gross. It does not.

Oh and military laws are different than state too though. And last time I checked it wasn't accepted. But there are always cracks in the system

THANK YOU! I have been trying to figure the same thing out.  After being married to the military for nearly 8 years myself, I just cannot see it ever being ok for someone (even 18 or 19) in the military to marry a 15 year old. Must not be Marines

I don't ever see them ok with a 15yo... If they knew about it. But I know when DH and I got married, we both had to submit tons of paperwork and several forms of identity, all of which have a BIRTH DATE. I don't see how there would be anyway around that.

They are pretty strict with anybody getting married these days. They want all kinds of paperwork because so many people abuse the military benefits and just do contract marriages. Sick fucks. But who knows. Lol
