Sterile strips fell off

Hello! I had a RCS on Saturday to deliver my twins. I had my staples out today and the dr pit the steri strips on my incision. He said it was fine to shower and I waited a good 12 hours before I did. When I got out of the shower almost all the strips fell off. Should I be concerned? Do I need to have th re applied? This did not happen with my first.

I'd think you are fine. If you are worried call and tell them what happened.

I never had staples- I just had steri strips and they fell off after almost a week?

I had both staples and steri strips. Mine stayed on for about a week.

I would probably call just to make sure that it's okay that they fell off.

Mine fell off after my shower too. Everything was fine.

I had to peel mine off after 2 weeks

It's not unusual for them to come off after a few days. You should be fine. Just keep an eye on how your incision is healing. Did you have staples removed at the hospital?
