What if my husband is allergic to peanuts, will it harm the baby if I eat peanuts?

No but kids who have parents with food allergies have a higher rate of having allergies. Keep that in mind down the road. And they are often not the same foods as parents.
  • Agree with PP. Also my oldest son's allergist told me to avoid eating nuts during pregnancy and while breastfeeding with my second (my first has a peanut allergy). I don't think there is any evidence to support that it will help ds2 avoid an allergy but I've followed it. I miss pb but I'll do anything for my little guys.
