Hi. If someone here had been in a similar situation please let me know your thoughts. I have been dealing with a (diagnosed) low milk supply. I know there aren't many mothers out there that have a truly low milk supply that they can't work on, but I have been working with a lactation consultant etc, so I don't need advise on boosting up my milk supply. It's as boosted as can get. Currently I pump every 3 hours getting 2 oz altogether. My baby is nearing year 1. My question is, what's better to supplement the baby with, formula for toddlers 1 year& up? or cow's milk. I know cow's milk is filled with hormones and other crap, but formula is all chemicals, so I am at loss to what to choose, how much and how to introduce it.
