How to pronounce Selah?

I'm finding different things online.  In my head, I say "sell-uh" but feel like this could be wrong.  Educate me?

I always thought it was Sell-uh, but I have been told by biblical scholars that it is supposed to be see-la.

ETA: honestly, when I really think about it, I cannot remember what they actually said. I just know that it was different from what I was saying in my head.

I've heard Say-lah or See-lah. It was on our list and I preferred the Say-lah pronunciation.

I've only ever heard it pronounced Say-lah. 

I know a few people named this and a Christian music group called this.

I know at least four Selahs.

One pronounces it see-luh but the rest pronounce it say-lah.

Say-lah. It's a word used in the Psalms to indicate a pause for reflection or a musical interlude because the Psalms were the songs that the israelites used for their worship. It doesn't really have a meaning but if I were to use it, I like the idea of it meaning pause and meditate on the Lord.
