Anyone have a really simple apple pie recipe?

I just went to a neighbors christmas party and I swear I was the only one with a store bought food item. everyone else cooked or baked and I felt like a dummy that when someone asked "how did you make that?". Granted everyone was 60+, but still. I would love to know how to make a nice apple pie. Any quick and easy recipes?

Sorry not clicky but this is the one I make and it's super easy. I even use the crust recipe she gives, but you could do a store bought crust too.

I skip the hard sauce she suggests. That looks too difficult for me. I serve with vanilla ice cream.

Making my own crust is definitely not fast and easy. Shit it would take me a half hr just to find the right utensils and measuring spoons/cups. Im like the total opposite of betty crocker lol. But it's doable with the store bought I guess...
  • Store bought pie crust. 1 can of apple pie filling. 1-2 small apples, cored and sliced. 1 tbsp of cinnamon. Mix the apple pie filling, sliced apples & cinnamon together. Dump into pie shell. Make a lattice top with another pie shell. Bake as directed on the can. It's always a hit.
This is more my style thanks!
