First of all, let me admit that I am generally an anxious person who overthinks almost everything. I have this crazy worry of going into labour in my 2nd trimester or early in my 3rd trimester. I think that I'm more fearful this time because both of my other pregnancies were in my 20s. Someone please tell me that my worrying is irrational!

Panic attacks aren't silly, neither is concern for your baby's health I don't mean that at all! I just hope you can use some relaxation techniques/other if you have a panic attack. I don't think it is possible for it to cause labor but I don't know... Best wishes!
Thanks
I have learned lots of relaxation techniques from a therapist I went to a few months ago. It helped alot and I think is the reason that I don't have full blown attacks anymore. The worrying hasn't really stopped but I'm just trying to take it one day at a time. Being pregnant is difficult when you're a control freak - which I am!
