Recipe Help

Okay, so I do not have full access to my kitchen, but I need to make a nice ish evening meal for my IL's and DH, LO and myself for Thanksgiving.  It doesn't have to be turkey or traditional Thanksgiving, but I need something that I can primarily do in the crock pot.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Sorry, I just found out yesterday that they were coming over and I was expected to make a meal...  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Thanks Ladies!  I was able to find a turkey and stuffing together recipe for the crockpot!  At least it will be semi-traditional and they can just be happy I am not kicking them out in the street!
