Moving to 1 nap...makes me sad he is growing up

 I know, 2 nap still...he does so well with 2 naps and our schedule has been the same forever. But this weekend we transitioned to 1 nap. He would still take two but the first one he just reads and then by nap 2 he is super tired. And my sitter is transitioning her son and we want to keep the same so it easier. I am just being sentimental and nerdy b/c it isn't that big of deal and we are can actually do more things around a 1 nap schedule. But where did my baby go?

 

What was the something that made you realize that LO is growing up?

I'm surprised he was still taking 2 naps! We went to 1 nap around 8m old!

What's made me realize he's growing up? Listening to him talk & add new words every day. He's really amazing me

Nat has looked like an older child for so long, but when she starts talking then I realize she's growing up. It makes me sad to think how time flies, but I love every new stage she's in!

We transitioned to one nap around 15 months. Now that he is on this schedule it is so much better for going out to do things. 

He just looks and seems so grown up now. He learns multiple words a day and talks in full sentences.  His little man clothes don't help him looking so much like a toddler these days either!
