Therapists/Teacher Holiday gifts

Any suggestions for some unique teacher and therapist gifts? I'm thinking in the $10 range. I have 10 to buy between my kids. I'm really not crafty or artsy. I typically give a gift card. I was thinking maybe a bottle of wine this year. Do I know if everyone drinks? No.

One year when I had a ton to buy for I got locally made dry soup packets. They were festive looking with a nice ribbon. Otherwise I think coffee is safer than wine, but I suppose the jury is out on that one! Someone once gave me a small set of Penzy's spices once, I thought that was a unique gift that I could really use. Or there's a place near me that makes local gourmet olive oil and balsamic vinegars. Or honey. Since the soup, I've just been lazy and given gift cards.

For one therapist I was going to give her a $10 gas gift card because she drives an hour to work. Is that a bad idea?  I was going to get it from the nice gas station really close to their office.
